If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can investigate with the relevant delivery provider.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK online orders should generally be delivered within 30 days.
6. Returns and Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase a product online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may handle clothing as you reasonably would in a shop, such as trying it on. However, if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, the law may allow a deduction from the refund.
7. Refunds
Once a valid cancellation has been made and the returned goods have been received, we will process your refund within the legally required timeframe.
For a valid cancellation, you will generally receive a refund of the standard delivery charge you originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
